It’s tempting for interviewee during job interview told us that he/she use audit or tax technology simply because you’re using Microsoft Excel for audit or tax purposes.

but that’s simply not enough ….

I know, hashtag#excel can do this and that back in 80 when i started my accounting career.

But …

The landscape of audit and tax technology has evolved dramatically, offering tools and solutions that are more efficient, accurate, and user-friendly than traditional spreadsheets.

Let’s not limit ourselves to the comfort of the familiar. Embracing new technology is not just about keeping up with the times.

It’s about being the best we can be in our profession.

PS : 99% candidates cannot answer my question on pivot table, Power BI and data extraction from Excel!!!!!
