Better communication begins with concise (simple to read and understand) hashtag#emails. Here’s how:

1. Bullet Points & White Spaces
– Use bullet points, not commas.
– Limit paragraphs to two sentences.
– White spaces help avoid client overwhelm.

2. Email templates
– Ideal for repetitive communication.
– Reduces missing info and wordiness.

3. Requesting documents:
– Provide examples of requested docs.

4. Action required
– State clearly what is next for the reader to act on.

5. Hyperlinks
– Embed links for all actions.

6. Explaination videos
– 3-minute videos can replace hours of emails.
– Aim for clarity, not gaya, mutu and unggulan
– Personal experience: Loom videos is the best.

7. Automated update emails
– Send updates at key milestones.
– Clear, simple updates keep clients informed.
