The idea of twisting and contorting my body into various impossible poses felt as challenging as watching a Chinese aerobic performer in the middle of a circus act.
I often grappled with muscle cramps during Yoga from my feet, legs, back, buttocks, shoulders, hands, and neck, primarily because of my heavy involvement in running, swimming, and cycling.
However, my perspective on Yoga took a dramatic turn when I decided to invite my management colleagues to join me in a Yoga class. Yes. I sponsor them.
What makes our commitment to Yoga even more remarkable is that we lead busy lives. Many of my colleagues in the management team have family responsibilities that demand their attention, including picking up their children and preparing meals after work.
To accommodate their schedules, I have arranged our Yoga sessions at an unconventional time – 4:45 PM, before our typical office hours, every Tuesday.
We’ve been practicing Yoga together for several months now, and it has had a profound impact on their lives??? I am clueless.
I genuinely hope that my colleagues can appreciate the positive effects it has on their physical and mental health. I aspire to see them improve their flexibility, and strength, and experience the calm and relaxation that Yoga can bring into their lives. hashtag#pray
Additionally, it’s worth noting that the hashtag#ktp company offers free Yoga sessions for the rest of our colleagues, held after working hours.
This inclusive approach ensures that all employees have the opportunity to engage in Yoga and enjoy its benefits, regardless of their family commitments or work schedules.
Until now I still hate hashtag#yoga but I wholeheartedly hope that my colleagues can embrace its potential to enhance their overall well-being.
