KTP & Company PLT

You spend 300 hours doing an hashtag#audit and what does the board remember? They hardly don’t bother about the 300 hours.

The 30 minutes you spend making the audit hashtag#presentation is crucial. Yes! Those 30 minutes count !

My top 6 tips for good audit presentation :

1. Highlight key figures
Emphasize the most critical financial metrics and explain their relevance. Make sure these numbers stand out.

2. Simplify complex data
Break down your financial findings into clear, concise points. Avoid cluttering slides with excessive numbers. Produce table of content if possible.

3. Use visuals wisely
Incorporate charts, graphs, and infographics to illustrate trends and comparisons. Visual representations make data more readable.

4. Tell a story
Connect the data points to form a narrative. How does this audit impact the company’s future? What story does the financial data tell?

5. Engage with clarity
Use layman’s terms to explain financial jargon. Ensure your audience, regardless of their financial expertise, can follow along.

6. Anticipate questions
Prepare for potential inquiries. Knowing your data inside out will allow you to answer confidently and accurately
