One of the best moments for our hashtag#ktp company in 2023 was welcoming Angela Fong as our new HR Manager. With over 25 years of experience in her field, Angela brings a wealth of knowledge and insights to our team.

Initially…

It was surprising to see someone with such an extensive background in much larger companies apply to join our smaller firm. Too overqualified 🙄.

However, after having a dinner interview with her, I realized that Angela was actually looking for a change – she wanted to be part of a smaller company where she could have a closer connection with the team and make a more direct impact.

Angela’s experience is already making a difference, and we are excited to see how her leadership in HR will help our company and our employees thrive.

As we celebrate this one-year anniversary, we believe that bringing someone with such a rich background into our team doesn’t just add to our skill set; it also brings in new perspectives and a passion for making a real difference.
