Last week, we were going to give our hashtag#ktp new colleagues a big stack of black and white papers for orientation.
But then, I thought we should try something different.
Now, we don’t just read documents in black and white.
I share my thinking with my audit and HR managers that we shall use colors, images, and videos to make them more interesting.
So, I decided to change our orientation documents more lively and interesting.
Hopefully, by doing this, we make things better and easier for our new colleagues.
It will optimistically help our new team members learn faster. They don’t have to waste time and get frustrated looking through lots of papers.
It’s a step towards not only improving the aesthetic of our materials but also making the onboarding process more enjoyable and effective for our new colleagues.
