Feedback might not always be what you expected, which can feel frustrating. Instead of asking “why,” focus on “how” to improve.

Show enthusiasm for feedback. Don’t show your long face.
✅ Stay positive : When a mentor, senior, manager, or principal gives feedback, show your enthusiasm and thank them.
✅ Engage actively : Ask questions to understand and apply their suggestions.
✅ Stay composed : Even with negative feedback, stay calm and listen attentively.
✅ Focus on solutions: Look for ways to improve rather than dwelling on negatives.
✅ Take nothing personally! Separate feedback from personal worth.
Remember, feedback is about your work, not you.
