Just the other day, an ex-staff member reached out and said, “Hey, you should really look into DataSnipper and Suralink.”
Tools like DataSnipper, which speeds up audit documentation, and Suralink, simplifying secure client collaboration, could be key to leveling up our efficiency.

I’ll admit, at first, I am blur like sotong on what talk about.
After all, we’ve already got our hands full with tools like Abot for auditing, BrassTax for tax software, and MIS for client management. Not to mention, we’re constantly optimizing our workflows with Trello.
But then it hit me – in the era of AI, we can’t afford to get too comfortable.
I’ve checked with the bosses over at Abot and BrassTax, and I’m glad to report that AI integration is in the pipeline.
But while we wait for those updates, some of our processes still seem stuck in the 90s.
My manager, for example, still relies on old-school proofreading techniques to check audited financial statements and tax returns – line by line, document by document.
And my HR manager? She’s checking reimbursement bills one by one like we’re still in the pre-digital era!
Newcomers are still reading through brick-sized manuals and SOPs like it’s the Stone Age.
With AI gaining momentum, it’s time we revisit our digital transformation plans. Sure, we’ve got systems in place, but the question is, are they the best tools for the future?
Let’s start looking at how these emerging technologies can help us stay ahead, and maybe, just maybe, give our managers a break from those 90s habits!
