说你又不听,听又不懂,懂又不做,说了你又做错,错又不认,认又不改,改又不服,不服你也不说.
In the fast-paced world of auditing and taxation, juniors often face the challenge of understanding instructions but struggle to apply them effectively.

Ever found yourself in a cycle of repeating the same mistakes, even after being told the right way to do things?
You’re not alone.
Let’s get started! Here’s a proposed training plan from our experience :
- 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴
Challenge : “说你又不听” (You don’t listen).
Solution : Start every training with a focus on active listening techniques. Encourage juniors to take notes and ask clarifying questions immediately. Provide checklists to ensure they know what’s expected from them in each task.
- 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Challenge : “听又不懂” (You listen but don’t understand).
Solution : Simplify instructions into manageable steps. Use examples from past audit files to show how each step looks in practice.
Set a ‘check-in’ point during the task where juniors can verify their understanding before proceeding further.
- 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Challenge : “懂又不做” (You understand but don’t take action).
Solution : Encourage immediate action on tasks once understood. Pair this with short deadlines to create a habit of executing what they learn right away, rather than delaying action.
- 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹
Challenge : “说了你又做错” (You do it, but it’s wrong).
Solution : Train juniors to review their work carefully before submitting. Implement a ‘review your own work first’ policy where they must identify potential errors themselves, highlighting areas they are unsure of before submission.
Use AI is the next in-things.
- 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
Challenge : “错又不认” (You make mistakes but don’t admit them).
Solution : Instill a culture of accountability. Mistakes are part of learning, but they should be acknowledged. Create a safe environment where juniors feel comfortable admitting mistakes and learning from them, without fear of judgment.
- 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
Challenge : “认又不改” (You admit mistakes but don’t change).
Solution : Conduct weekly ‘improvement sessions’ where juniors reflect on their past tasks. Have them list what they learned and how they will improve going forward.
- 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Challenge : “改又不服” (You change but remain resistant).
Solution : Build juniors’ confidence by giving them ownership of certain tasks early. Let them lead small parts of the audit process.
- 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Challenge : “不服你也不说” (You don’t speak up when dissatisfied).
Solution : Encourage open lines of communication between juniors and seniors. Implement regular feedback sessions where juniors are encouraged to voice concerns, seek advice, and share their thoughts on the work processes.
