KTP & Company PLT

Dear #KTP Team,

Lately, many of our clients are ignoring unknown calls due to the rise in scam or banker calls.

Some have even stopped answering all unfamiliar numbers, including ours!

To ensure smooth communication, follow these steps before calling a client.

♥️Step 1 : Send a WhatsApp Message First

Before calling, drop a WhatsApp message to introduce yourself.

For example:
“Hi Mr. Lim, this is [Your Name] from KTP. I need to discuss [reason]. May I call you now?”

This helps the client recognize your number and expect your call.

♥️Step 2 : Wait for a Response

If the client replies and agrees, then proceed with the call. If no response, wait at least 30 minutes before trying again.

♥️Step 3 : If No Reply, Try a Follow-Up Text

If there’s still no reply, send a second message:

“Hi Mr. Lim, just following up on my earlier message. Let me know when it’s convenient for you to take a call. Thanks!”

♥️Step 4 : Only Call If Urgent

If it’s an urgent matter and there’s no reply, call the client, but be prepared that they might not answer. If they don’t pick up, send a WhatsApp voice note explaining the urgency.

♥️Step 5 : Alternative Contact Methods

If calling doesn’t work, try emailing or reaching out to their assistant (if applicable). Always document your attempts in case follow-ups are needed.

♥️Why This Matters

Clients appreciate clear communication and respect for their time.

By WhatsApp-ing first, we increase the chances of them picking up and avoid frustrating them with unexpected calls.

Let’s make it easier for our clients to trust our calls and avoid being mistaken for scammers. Start WhatsApp-ing before calling!

Happy calling.
