KTP & Company PLT

Last week, the Coldplay Cam broke the internet.

A couple appeared on the big screen. The CEO hugged HR from behind, she looked shocked. Some called it sweet. Some called it scandal. Then social media stepped in… and boom that they not single.

Drama? Yes. But it reminded me of something real … office romance.

Years ago, my HR head asked me seriously, “Boss, do we allow office romance?”

I answered without even thinking : “Why not?”

This is not the stone age. This is not Romeo & Juliet hiding behind HR policies.

We spend more time with colleagues than with family. If it’s fate (缘份) that brings them to KTP, why not let fate (缘份) bring love too?

Over the years, I’ve seen it all.

Some moved on. Some got married.

And I support them all. Why? Because I believe in 因缘 … connections with meaning.

At KTP, we don’t have a “No Dating” policy.

Be transparent.

Don’t let love affect work. And please don’t break up and me to reassign you because “my ex is now my senior.”

Love, like audit, needs documentation.
