Yesterday’s short Mooncake Festival celebration at the office was full of laughter.

I joked around, made funny poses, and yes, I even joined in with the lanterns.

I enjoyed green tea and chocolate mooncakes with my team, and for that brief moment, everyone forgot about deadlines and audit files.

But don’t be fooled … while I can laugh, eat, and joke like one of them, I can also switch to “Boss Mode” faster than Usain Bolt.

Friendly when we celebrate.
Fierce when we work.

That’s balance … the yin and yang way.
