Last Friday morning I sent one WhatsApp to my team irrespective of position.
Just one question.
“Is a forfeited property deposit taxable for an Investment Holding Company?”
And one instruction.

Email me the answer before lunch in one hour duration
Many people think training means seminar.
PowerPoint.
One full-day workshop.
In my firm, sometimes training starts with one question.
Since MCO, we have a small tradition … Friday Boss Talk.
Maximum duration: 1 hour.
No long lectures.
Just real problems.
Last Friday I had meetings outside the office.
But the tradition must continue.
So I told the team to find four things:
1️⃣ How you research the issue
2️⃣ How you write the AI prompt
3️⃣ How you verify the AI answer
4️⃣ The final tax conclusion
Then both floors must discuss and produce one group answer each.
The results surprised me.
They didn’t just ask AI.
They structured the problem.
- Capital or revenue?
- Investment asset or trading stock?
- Badge of trade?
They checked the law.
They verified the AI answers.
That is thinking with AI.
Not copying AI.
The tax answer was not important.
But the real achievement judgement is backed by solid ground.
The real achievement was this.
One technical question.
Turned into three hours of training.
1 hour … individual research
1 hour … group discussion
1 hour … boss review the following week
No seminar.
No external trainer.
Just real work turned into learning.
People often ask what keeps a SMP firm relevant on training today.
Not software.
Not office size.
It is culture.
A culture where people are trained to think, not just follow templates.
Sometimes training does not need a classroom.
Sometimes it only needs one good question from the boss.
