1. I’ve been #golfing for over 20 years.
2. Started out at a handicap of 16. Now? I’ve “shaved” it down to 15. Say what? Improvement!
3. To my kaki #golf (golf buddies)? Handicap 13, better don’t play-play! It can be 13 阿姨 or 13 阿哥
4. My 3-wood shot? longer than most people’s driver shots!
5. I’ve got a 3 iron that goes 200 meters.
6. Now using a 60-degree wedge for the bunker shoot. That old 64-degree? History already.
7. My personal best for 18 holes? A solid 81. Not bad?
8. Once got 36 over 9 holes, with 4 birdies somemore.
9. Hole-in-one? Two times, bro! As for eagles, I lost count already.
10. I love my Mizuno irons – they say got butterfly feel. Don’t ask me how butterfly feel like, I also dunno.
11. Driving range? long time never go. Now I just go course and whack only.
12. Weekends are for one 18 holes. Weekdays? A chill 9-hole walk, can relax and sweat out.
13. Tournaments? Wah, so packed like pasar pagi. No thanks!
14. Another reason I avoid? Too many cheong (tipu/fake) scores. Witness 绘画/书法大师 in the field personally.
15. I’m the original ‘Kampung’ golfer. Never play in KL and Selangor.
16. Worst day ever? That time play 82 and kena (got) fired by my friends who scored in the 70s.
17. I don’t play big money, just friendly ones. Lose means beers, 100 plus or dinner on me.
18. Previously I had this 48″ Callaway belly putter. But my kaki golf didn’t give me inside the leather, make me tulan (angry) that discharge the long putter.
19. Used to have United irons. Oi, I swear I’m not a Man United fan okay!
20. Now play like old man. Sini sakit. Sana sakit.
21. Cannot handle hot burning sun and small drizzling rain.
22. Back in the day, they used to rib me with “300打一下, 100打三下” 🤭
23. I’m notoriously known for losing that one golfer for 20 years and countless beers 🍻
24. My ultimate golfing nightmare? That golfer with just 3 clubs in his bag handing me a 7up defeat. 🥤
25. These days, I’ve been dishing out some 7up surprises to my kaki golfers too! 😉

I won’t be playing this Saturday. Refer to points #13 & #14 – my kaki golf are busy with a tournament.
