▶Avoid criticism
Refrain from criticizing and focus on providing constructive feedback when necessary.

▶Admit mistakes
Demonstrate honesty and humility by promptly admitting your errors.

▶Begin in a friendly way
Set a positive tone by starting conversations on a friendly note.
