I’ve been running, biking, and swimming for a long time, and it’s left me with a lot of pain.
I started yoga because I heard it could help with my constant pain and swelling.
But it’s been a year, and my body is still stiff, and I can’t even breathe the way I’m supposed to when doing yoga.
I can’t stand yoga….
but I keep at it because I think it might help me feel better eventually.
So I keep going.
Would you believe it if I told you? Just last Friday, I took a step that might seem quite unexpected.
I actually encouraged all of my management team to join me for a yoga class.
The idea was to experience something new together, to step out of the usual office environment.
Hopefully it could be a way to introduce them to a practice that could potentially improve their overall hashtag#physicalwellness and hashtag#worklifebalance.
