Each Friday at KTP is set aside as a day of learning and growth. These sessions are our collective moment to reinforce the values and professional principles that are the heartbeat of our corporate identity.

👔 Dress Right at Work:
At KTP, we wear clothes that make us look smart and comfortable. When we dress well, we show we’re ready to do great work and respect our clients and company.

⏰ Be On Time:
Being on time is important. It shows we care about our work and value others. At KTP, we all try our best to start work and meetings when we say we will. Deliver what is promised.

🤝 How We Act in Meetings:
We get ready for meetings and talk about our ideas. We listen and work together to make good plans. This helps us do better as a team.

🔒 Keeping Secrets Safe:
We keep important company information private. This means we don’t tell people outside of work what we shouldn’t. It’s a big part of our job to keep these secrets.

📱 Using Social Media Smartly:
We’re careful with what we post online. We think about how it shows you and us. Avoid airing frustration/complaints on social media for the sake of gaining attention.

✊ Being Respectful:
We treat everyone nicely and respectfully. We listen and learn from each other. At KTP, everyone’s ideas and feelings matter.
