Last Sunday, I did something different with my manager.

We usually work on things like auditing, taxes, and accounting. But this time, we learned about a hobby, not work stuff.

We’re doing a project called “There is Life Besides Work.” in hashtag#ktp. In this project, hashtag#ktp sponsor any seniors and managers hobbies from investment, bangzi, mediatation, breathing technique, painting class & etc.

This manager chose to learn about numerology, which is about numbers and their meanings. The webinar on numerology was really interesting.

After it ended, I sent an email to my manager a reflection what I thought about it. I learned a lot, and it was fun to learn about something totally different from work.

Then on Monday, our management team sat together. We discussed our experiences and planned what to do next in our hashtag#ktp (Knowledge Transfer Program).

It’s great to see how learning new things can bring fresh ideas and energy to our work.

This shows that there are many things to learn outside of work. It’s good to know about different things, not just our jobs.
