The Royal Malaysian Customs Department has released updated guides for logistics services and food and beverages. The logistics services guide incorporates changes from the new Service Tax Policy No. 4/2024, including adjustments to business-to-business (B2B) tax exemptions and specifications of taxable logistics services.

The updated Guide on Food and Beverages, effective from 16 April 2024, supersedes the version from 26 June 2023, with revisions to service tax rates as outlined in Service Tax Policy No. 3/2024 and its subsequent amendment.
