At KTP, we believe in celebrating our colleagues’ birthdays every month for several reasons.

Even though we are incredibly busy, especially during this super peak season, we make it a point to recognize and celebrate these special days.

It’s part of our commitment to valuing each individual.

Taking a moment to celebrate reminds us that amidst the hustle and bustle of our professional lives, the personal milestones of our team members are just as important.

Work can be demanding, but celebrating birthdays adds a bit of fun and balance to our professional lives, showing that work is not just about deadlines and tasks.

Sometimes, I even throw out a session called “Ask Boss Anything?” where I discuss work, personal life, hobbies, and more.

I sometimes invite newcomers to introduce themselves, and I encourage colleagues to share their recent adventures or activities.

Birthdays are an opportunity to appreciate our team and acknowledge their contributions.

It’s also a moment to learn more about them, including their age, which adds a personal touch !!!
