✅ Dividend Tax : A new 2% tax for individual shareholders on dividends above RM100,000, effective YA 2025, with exemptions for funds like KWSP and LTAT.
✅ Foreign Source Income (FSI) : Tax exemption extended until December 2036, provided the income is taxed in its origin country.
✅ Child & Elderly Care Allowance : Up to RM3,000 for child and elderly care expenses from YA 2025, broadening support for families.
✅ Enhanced Medical Reliefs : Expanded coverage for mental health, self-test kits, and diagnostic tests, plus increased limits for disabled children’s therapies.
✅ Disability Benefits : Higher relief limits for disabled individuals, spouses, and children.
✅ Eco-Friendly Reliefs : Tax relief on EV charging facilities and food waste composting, promoting green practices.
