“Teach me construction accounting.”
That was my challenge to my colleagues during an in-house AI training at KTP.
For 60 minutes, I took them on a deep dive into AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Notebook, Gemini, and Deepseek.

I wanted to show them how AI could make their work easier and faster.
No theory, no fluff—just real, practical applications.
Step 1 – AI as Your Teacher
I asked my colleagues to use AI to explain construction accounting to me. They fed prompts into ChatGPT, and in seconds, it broke down complex concepts into simple terms.
No more struggling with thick accounting textbooks—just clear, concise answers.
Step 2 – AI as Your Research Assistant
Next, we tackled the public ruling on construction accounting. Normally, summarizing government documents is a painful task.
But with Perplexity, it became effortless. My team quickly generated structured summaries, saving hours of reading and highlighting.
Step 3 – AI as Your Video Curator
Instead of searching manually for video tutorials, we let AI do the work.
Using Deepseek and Gemini, we found the best YouTube videos on construction accounting.
Then, we used AI to summarize key takeaways in bullet points.
Suddenly, learning became instant and efficient.
Step 4 – AI as Your Supercharged Prompting Guide
I introduced them to CO-STAR prompting, a method to get better responses from AI.
By structuring questions clearly, we turned vague AI answers into specific, actionable insights. It was like unlocking a cheat code for AI.
By the end of the session, my colleagues were shocked at how much time they could save with AI.
What used to take hours now took minutes. Research, learning, and analysis—all optimized with AI.
For me, this wasn’t just another training. It was about changing mindsets. AI is not here to replace us. It’s here to make us better.
And the best part? This is just the beginning.
