Apply as Individual or Company user. Prepare SSM, IC & authorisation letter (if applicable).

2️⃣ Log In & Apply:
Click: “Penyeteman > Permohonan Penyeteman”
Fill in document type (e.g. Loan Agreement), agreement date, parties, and upload PDF.

3️⃣ System Auto-Calculates Duty:
Loan of RM200,000? Duty = RM1,000 (RM5 per RM1,000 as per Stamp Act 1949)

4️⃣ Pay Online via FPX, credit card, or eWallet.

5️⃣ Download the “Sijil Setem” — no franking needed. Fully compliant and legally valid.
