Please register for e-Duti Setem promptly, as the STAMPS portal will be ‘retired’ at 6pm today.

To access e-Duti Setem, users must first log in to their individual MyTax portal, select “Perkhidmatan ezHasil”, then navigate to “Duti Setem” and subsequently “e-Duti Setem”.

If your company or law firm has registered you as an ejen (agent) for e-Duti Setem, you will be able to access the system by selecting the Ejen role upon login.

At present, the interface and functionality of e-Duti Setem closely mirror those of the current STAMPS portal. Hopefully, this consistency will be maintained.

Regarding existing matters : all ongoing adjudications and appeals currently filed under the STAMPS portal will remain unaffected and accessible in the new system – a significant relief for users.

The key change is that access via the previous ‘blanket’ user ID and password will no longer be permitted. All users must now access through their personal MyTax portal.

If you have not yet been granted Ejen access for your organisation, please complete the registration process before the STAMPS portal ‘retires’ at 6pm today. Standard registrations typically take less than 30 minutes, although certain cases may require up to one business day.

For any outstanding adjudication requests or stamp duty payments, please completing these as soon as possible. This is because e-Duti Setem is experiencing slower loading times.

Hopefully, the transition to e-Duti Setem would be a smooth one for all of us.
