This International Women’s Day, I sat down with Farina, one of the dedicated team members at KTP & Company PLT.

Most people in the office know her as:

• The admin who helps everyone
• The colleague who always smiles
• The person who never says she is tired

But behind that smile… there is a powerful story.

Farina shared about her journey as a working mother.

The happiness of welcoming her first baby.
The unexpected moment when her baby had to be hospitalised.
And the difficult days of balancing family and work responsibilities.

Like many working mothers, she carried two full-time roles at the same time.
Mother at home.
Professional at work.

Not easy.
But what touched us the most was this:

She didn’t talk about stress but I can see from her tired eyes.

She talk about gratitude
Gratitude to her family.
Gratitude to her colleagues.
Gratitude for a workplace that understands the challenges of motherhood.
