Ever since I started posting about our AI automation project, something funny happened.
Clients started asking me.
“Mr Koh, can you train our staff on AI?”
“Can you come to our company and do AI consultancy?”

One even asked:
“Can you teach our old seasoned uncles and aunties how to use AI?”
That one I remember very clearly.
Because old seasoned staff plus AI ah?
This one is not only training.
This one is change management, counselling, patience, and sometimes deep breathing exercise also.
I laughed.
But I politely rejected all the invitations.
Not because I don’t want to help.
Not because I want to keep secret.
Not because I think I very geng already.
The honest reason is simple.
I have just started only.
My own AI transformation is still under renovation.
At KTP, we are still building, testing, making mistakes, burning tokens, and discovering that YouTube makes AI automation look much easier than real life.
On video, it looks simple.
Drag here.
Drop there.
Connect this.
Done.
But in real business,
different story.
Client database.
Staff training.
Process design.
Human review.
Privacy issue.
And of course, the favourite boss question:
“Why this one cannot auto?”
So before I teach the public,
I ask myself one honest question.
Has my AI system already produced a REAL case where sales and profit both increased?
Belum. or Akan datang.
But can I stand in front of another boss and say :
“Boss, my AI system increased revenue by this much and profit by this much. Here is the data.”
Not yet.
And that is why I don’t simply sell AI consultancy or training.
Because the first smart prospect will ask :
“Any real case study?”
If I cannot answer properly, then I am not doing consultancy.
I am selling hope only.
AI is not magic.
AI is not decoration.
AI is not something we install just to look modern.
If the direction is right, even a simple system can create value.
If the direction is wrong, even the most expensive AI setup is only a beautiful toy.
So for now, I will continue sharing the journey.
The success.
The failure.
The stupid mistakes.
The “wah, this one really works” moment.
The “alamak, this one cannot lah” moment.
Maybe one day, I will do AI training or consultancy to the public.
But not before I have enough proof from my own firm.
I prefer to build proof first.
Then only talk louder.
Until then,
Let me finish transforming my own house first.
Then only I teach others how to renovate theirs.
