I still remember her interview … raining cats and dogs.
She rode her motorbike through the rain, soaked, late… but still came.
I told myself

I want that kind of spirit.

Since then for 20 years +
Audit. Tax. Company secretary. Client relationship. Even our Branch Manager role.
She did it all.

But to us
She’s more than her title.
She’s the KTP Nanny.
The one who makes sure no one skips lunch, no deadline falls apart, no small detail gets missed.

Anyone can hire for skills.
But it’s rare to find someone who can juggle the chaos and still care for people along the way.

Recently, Ms. Lim family needs her now.
She need to take care a sick family member
She may need to move on.

My heart heavy.
But “Family First” always.

I asked her, “What’s next?”
She smiled, “Maybe… learn painting.”

That night, I googled, texted friends, hunted for art classes.
Next day, I passed her a lead.
She laughed, “Boss so efficient one ah?”
Later, she signed up as I know

I feel grateful.
Grateful for her 20 years of loyalty.
Grateful she’s finally doing something for herself.
And grateful no matter where life takes her, she’s always KTP family.
