One thing about me.
If a CSR event falls on a weekend,
I will never make it compulsory.
Never.

Some people may think that is strange.
After all, company CSR is supposed to be “good thing”.
So why not make everyone go?
Because I learned one simple thing over the years:
Good deeds cannot be forced.
You can force attendance.
But you cannot force heart.
And when there is no heart,
even charity can become just another office task or KPI.
That is not what I want for KTP.
2025, I think we have done about 4 CSR activities together.
Charity run.
Blood donation.
Old clothes collection.
Food contribution to NGO homes.
Nothing very grand.
No big stage.
No loud announcement.
No need act like hero.
One event very close to my heart is VegRun.
We have joined it many years in a row.
Yes, it is a CSR event.
But for me, it is more than that.
I also wanted my colleagues to experience something outside the office.
Some of them have never joined any public event before.
Never woke up early on a weekend to be part of something meaningful.
Never stood at a start line with thousands of people.
Never felt that quiet excitement when the sky is still dark, the air is still cool, and everybody is there for a good reason.
To some people, it is just a run.
To me, it is exposure.
It is memory.
This year, we start again.
Our first VegRun for 2026.
Maybe some join because of the cause.
Maybe some join because they want to walk with friends.
Maybe some join because they have never joined such an event before.
Maybe some join because they like the T-shirt, medal, and the atmosphere.
All also okay.
Because the biggest point is not why they come.
The biggest point is that they come by choice.
And when people choose to do good,
that goodness means something.
As a boss, I can arrange the event.
But I cannot manufacture kindness.
That part must come from inside.
