Many people think the formula is very simple.

Subscribe to software.
Hire one consultant.
Attend a one or two day workshop.
Then everything should run automatically.

Sounds nice.

But after almost 2 months pushing AI inside KTP, I can tell you honestly, real life does not work like that.

What people do not see is the part behind the screen.

The failed deployment at 11pm.
The API that suddenly refuses to work.
The server setup that was supposed to take 2 hours but ended up taking 2 days.
Goggle disable account due to automated/bot like activity
Research. Trial. Error. Fix. Break again.

That part rarely appears on Facebook/IG.

No glamour.
No AI magic.
No sexy screenshot.

That is why I feel very lucky to have a responsive IT intern Yaashiniy Segaran in KTP.

While I am busy with audit, tax, and client meetings, she is quietly doing the hard part that nobody claps for.

She self hosted n8n and deployed it through Cloudflare.
She configured Mac Mini servers from scratch.
She managed API keys across departments.
She fixed real time errors that nobody else even noticed.

And the important part is this.

Nobody spoon fed her.

She researched.
She tested.
She failed.
She fixed.
Then repeated the whole cycle again.

Sometimes when she explains the IT terms to me, reverse proxy, tunnel, Docker container, I just stare at her like blur sotong.

Nod first.
Act steady first.
ChatGPT quietly after that.

My only complaint?

She still cannot work like AI.
Twenty four hours nonstop, no sleep, no makan break, no leave.

Other than that, almost perfect already.

So to fellow SME bosses who are thinking of automating your firm, let me say this clearly.

AI tools are cheap.
Subscriptions are cheap.
Consultants can be found everywhere.

But the person who will sit down, read the documentation, test the workflow, debug the errors, and make the whole thing work inside your own business context?

That person is priceless.

Who is actually going to build it and maintain it inside your office after the workshop ends?

If you do not have that person in your team, no software in the world can save you.

I found mine.
Now my only problem is she still needs sleep.😡
